Just like you said, the agreement between the Federal Government and the Onirus was just formality because of the concept of land ownership in Nigeria. I also believe that whether Landmark is able to prove proper title to the land may be irrelevant because even if proved to have proper title, the government can still demolish the property on the appropriate grounds.
